DUTY, TAX & OTHER CHARGES
Please be aware that some countries charge taxes & Duty on goods received into the country. It is the customers’ responsibility to pay for these.
If the customer forfeits the payment or does not accept the package due to the customs charges then the items will be returned to our warehouse. We will refund the cost of goods minus the shipping and any charges incurred while in transit.
In some cases this can mean a forfeit of any refund as return shipping and associated charges can equal more than the amount paid for the goods so we highly recommend you look into any additional costs before you place your order.
We cannot be held responsible for these charges, it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of their own countries rules and regulations regarding imports from the UK - POST BREXIT.
RETURNS
If you need to return your item for any reason please contact us in the first instance by CLICKING HERE and filling out our returns form. You'll be able to let us know why you are unhappy with your item as well as instructions on where to send them.
Please note you are responsible for all non-faulty returns. This does not affect your statutory rights
Please note that we can only accept returns within 30 days of purchase and exchanges or refunds will be at the discretion of PAPA INDIA GOLF. Any items that have been worn, stained with make-up, deodorant, smoke etc. or items that appear to have been washed incorrectly or damaged through wear will NOT be accepted and we will return these to the customer. If a fault has occurred through fair wear and tear we will provide an exchange or refund – however, PAPA INDIA GOLF will need to inspect an item to determine this.
Of course, we fully expect customers to open and try their purchases on, however, it is important that this is done carefully and whilst not wearing products such as make-up and deodorant etc. that may prevent an item being accepted by PAPA INDIA GOLF.
PERSONALISATIONS
unfortunately we can not accept returns on personalised gifts unless we have sent an item out in error or have made a mistake with your order.
Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping Costs are not refunded unless inspected and deemed faulty. *Buyers who selected Free Shipping will be deducted the rate from shipping cost for their specific region from their refund amount chart below.
